The Blissful Pup is a calm, private grooming studio designed for sensitive, senior, and first-time pups who need extra patience and gentle care. We offer one-on-one, crate-free sessions using Fear Free® and cooperative care techniques to help dogs feel safe, respected, and understood. Every sound, scent, and movement in the space is chosen to create comfort — so your dog can relax, build confidence, and even learn to enjoy grooming.

We never double-book, rush appointments, or use cage dryers. Every dog gets undivided attention from start to finish.

I specialize in doodles, puppies, and sensitive or anxious dogs, but all breeds are welcome.

My focus is on dogs who need extra understanding — whether they’re nervous, older, or have had difficult grooming experiences in the past.

It’s a compassionate, science-based approach that focuses on helping dogs feel calm and safe through positive reinforcement, trust-building, and patience. We read body language, go slowly, and never force a dog beyond their comfort level. The goal is not just a beautiful groom, but a positive emotional experience your dog can look forward to.

Formulas are chosen based on your dog’s individual coat type, skin condition, and health needs — free from harsh detergents, parabens, and unnecessary fragrance.

Because I work one-on-one in a quiet, Fear Free® environment, most dogs relax best once their parent has left.

You’re always welcome to stay nearby, and I’ll send photo updates or short messages so you can feel connected and confident during your dog’s session.

Every session is personalized, but here’s a general guideline:

• Bath Appointments: 1.5–2 hours

• Tidy-Ups: 2–3 hours

• Full Grooms: 2.5–4 hours
