- 01Yes, I send a brief text or photo update during your dog’s session so you can see how they’re doing and feel at ease. I also text a pickup notification 30 minute prior to pick up. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized grooming report with photos, notes, and coat care recommendations.
- 02You’ll receive individualized coat care guidance in your report. If you need a refresher or brushing technique demo, just ask — I’m happy to help you keep your dog’s coat comfortable between appointments.
- 03Absolutely, I love working with families who have multiple pups! Each dog still receives their own calm, one-on-one session so they can relax and enjoy their time without distractions. For convenience, I’m happy to schedule back-to-back appointments, or if the dogs are comfortable together, up to two pups from the same household can be dropped off at the same time. The goal is always to keep every visit peaceful and tailored to each dog’s needs.
- 04Absolutely. During your first visit, we’ll discuss your dog’s coat, lifestyle, and maintenance routine to find a trim that’s both beautiful and practical. I’ll always prioritize your dog’s comfort over extreme styling — the goal is balance between wellness and design.
- 05You can call, text, or email. Please reach out within 24 hours if you have any grooming-related concerns, I always want to ensure you and your pup are happy and comfortable.
- 06es — every grooming visit includes my Gentle Wellness Check, a calm, compassionate check-in from nose to tail. I observe the following areas: Skin, Coat, Paws & Pads, Nails, Ears, Eyes, Teeth & Gums, Mobility, Tummy & Underside, and Emotional Well-Being. 🩺 While I’m not a veterinarian, I always take note of anything that seems unusual or out of the ordinary and gently share my observations after the groom. This is not a diagnosis or a substitute for veterinary care — just a way to help you stay informed and proactive about your pet’s well-being. If I notice something concerning, I’ll recommend checking in with your vet for a professional opinion.
