- 01My client list is currently full, but I maintain a waitlist for future openings. You can join the waitlist via the form linked on my website or Instagram bio. After you submit your form, you’ll receive a confirmation. When a space opens, I’ll reach out personally with next steps.
- 02Once you’re an active client, I recommend booking on a 4–6 week schedule to maintain coat health and emotional comfort. Regular appointments prevent matting and help dogs stay familiar and relaxed in the grooming process.
- 03Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee of the estimated service cost Same-day or no-show: 100% fee Because I work one-on-one, that time is reserved exclusively for your dog.
- 04Because the salon is crate-free, please plan to pick up your dog promptly at the notified time. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes, applies after a 15-minute grace period.
- 05Pricing is based on size, coat condition, behavior, and time required for safe, gentle care. Baths typically start at $90, tidy-ups at $120, and full grooms range $160–$300, depending on coat and time. Doodles typically range from $180–$240 per session. Each groom includes all-inclusive care, never rushed, always thoughtful.
- 06Yes — The Blissful Pup reviews pricing once annually with intention and transparency. This ensures we can continue offering the same level of education, gentle care, premium products, and upgraded comfort equipment that your dog deserves. Any adjustments will always be communicated in advance.
